Hurt at work or in a motor accident in NSW? Jovi Villanueva, the principal physiotherapist at Wellworx Physio, is SIRA approved and can treat you at home when your injury makes it hard to travel.
Workers Compensation (WorkCover)
You can choose your physio. SIRA's guide for injured workers says you can choose your treatment provider, or ask your doctor or the insurer to suggest one.
Have your claim details ready. Your claim number and your insurer's name. Your doctor writes treatment recommendations on your certificate of capacity.
We handle the insurer paperwork. Including treatment requests to your insurer, and progress updates to your doctor and case manager.
Billing. Approved treatment is billed to the insurer. If the insurer doesn't approve a treatment, we'll tell you before any visit you might have to pay for.
Home visits
Home visits are for workers whose injury makes it hard to travel to a clinic. We check this with your insurer.
CTP Motor Accident Claims
You can usually refer yourself. If you were injured in a motor accident in NSW and have a CTP claim, you can contact us directly. Sometimes your GP or a rehabilitation provider will refer you.
First assessment. Your first assessment can go ahead once you have a CTP claim number.
Further treatment. Needs the insurer's approval, which we request for you. Approved treatment is billed to the CTP insurer, and we'll tell you before any visit you might have to pay for.
Injuries We See
- Back, neck and shoulder injuries.
- Sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries.
- Recovery after fractures and surgery. See post-surgery rehabilitation.
Treatment includes an exercise program built around your work duties and daily activities.
For Case Managers and GPs
Refer an injured worker or claimant through our referral page. Please include the claim number, the insurer and the injury.

We see WorkCover and CTP patients at home across our service area. We visit homes across Hills District, Parramatta, Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai, North Shore, Inner West, Sydney CBD, and nearby suburbs. Not sure if you're in our area? Ask us.
