For private appointments, no referral is needed. For Medicare rebates, you'll need a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan. NDIS and DVA clients should have their plans ready.

Initial assessments typically take 45-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your treatment needs.

Yes, we regularly visit aged care facilities and retirement villages. We can work with your facility to arrange appropriate times.
